	[1] 3rd International Symposium on Leveraging Applications of Formal Methods, Verification and Validation Exposing network capabilities and designing a future service creation environment Deutsche Telekom opens its network capabilities for a use in Web applications by third parties and developers. The first steps regarding the technical environment, the services and the community portal of the open development platform is outlined. Furthermore a future service creation environment is demonstrated with a research Framework that takes its telco and Web services beyond developers and puts them in the hands of ordinary business consumers.
